Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be intact.

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval status.

If approved, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. We recommend returning the item and placing a new order separately.
